São Paulo is considered one of the most influential cities of Latin America and offers tourists various options of sightseeing, cultural, and gastronomical tours. The website Viajando com Expedia (traveling with Expedia) prepared special tours for those who want to visit the city. They were divided into three categories, SP in 3, 5, or 7 in days, thinking about the demand and planning of each tourist. The complete tours can be found on the website.

Check out some tourist points selected by Expedia and enjoy the largest city in the Southern Hemisphere!

    Masp

Masp – The Museu de Arte de São Paulo Assis Chateaubriand (MASP – São Paulo Museum of Art) – is one of the most important museums of the Southern hemisphere and one of the main landmarks of the city. It is on the list of the ten most visited tourist attractions in São Paulo and, on Tuesdays, offers free visit to the public.

One of the five largest neo-Gothic temples in the world, the Sé Cathedral, reopened in 2002, is also one of the landmarks of the downtown city. After three years of reforms, it is offering daily masses again. In addition, now there are guided tours during the week.

Opened to the public on September 12, 1911, the Municipal Theater of São Paulo began to be built eight years earlier, in 1903. Today, it coordinates music and dance schools and seeks to develop the work of their stable bodies: the Municipal Symphony Orchestra, the Experimental Repertoire Orchestra, Balé da Cidade, the String Quartet, the Lyrical Choir, and the Paulista Choir.

    25 de Março street

One of the main commercial conglomerates of the city, the 25 de Março street could not be left out of the tours. Visitors have access to over 3 thousand stores. The entire region surrounding the street has stores selling costume jewelry, toys, decorative objects, and home accessories.
