Although risottos are not included in the menu, the restaurant serves flavorful dishes and is dedicated to maintaining the authenticity and originality of its recipes, such as the berinjela à parmegiana (eggplant parmigiana with tomato sauce, basil and mozzarella, and the polpetone, oven roasted, according to tradition of the boot country, breaded and fried.
Trattoria, in Italian, refers to a style of gastronomic establishments, less formal than a ristorante and larger than an osteria. The restaurant is more concerned with maintaining a loyal clientele than a high-standard kitchen, so low prices and casual table service are essential characteristics.
