The Stock Market, Commodities and Futures Exchange (BM & FBOVESPA ) has a place for visits from the general public. The place where once worked the former speaker trading was completely renovated and is now part of the tourist circuit of São Paulo’s History Center.
Whoever go there can learn about the operation of the establishment with former operators and learn the history of the capital market in Brazil, and see museum pieces, like a cordless phone of the 1980s.
The great hall has electronic panels that are state of the art and a 3D cinema in a circular room with capacity for 40 people, where there is projection of a 20-minute film. The visit can also be extended to the participation of lectures on the capital market and tables for simulating operations. All so that the universe of stocks becomes more understandable for visitors, either tourists or students.
