Evaristo Camolatti, an Italian immigrant, honored the city by opening this luxurious restaurant two years later. Evaristo wanted something that would enable visitors of São Paulo see the development and strength of the citizens of this city, his second homeland.
While observing São Paulo from above, patrons are welcome to ask the Italian chef, Pasquale Mancini, for recipes. The paleta de cordeira (roasted leg of lamb) is an excellent choice. Roasted with potatoes and sautéed in olive oil, customers feel like they’ve died and gone to heaven with meals this good. On special days such as Valentine’s Day, Christmas and New Year’s Eve, the chef creates unique menus in celebration of the occasion.
