Founded in 2007, Maria Brigadeiro is very first store in Brazil specialized in gourmet brigadeiro.

In the glass-walled kitchen, a team of twenty confectioners prepare forty exclusive versions of these genuinely Brazilian sweets. Everything is done under the guidance of confectioner Juliana Motter, the brand’s founder.

Customers are welcome to watch the entire production process. Photo: José Cordeiro/ SPTuris.

In addition to accompanying the production process, customers are encouraged to taste the traditional chocolate brigadeiros as well as those of pistache, cupuaçu, port wine, dulce de leche with walnuts, among others.

The house has more than forty flavors of the sweet treat. Photo: José Cordeiro/ SPTuris.

Here the sweet treat, an old companion of children’s parties, gains a new face and the brand’s delicate packaging makes it a great gift or souvenir.

The menu also includes pies, panettones and Easter eggs. Photo: José Cordeiro/ SPTuris.

The product catalogue also includes chocolate candies with filling, pies, hard candies, bem-casados (mini Brazilian wedding cakes), as well as panettones and Easter eggs, both with gourmet brigadeiro filling.
