Located in Villa San Pietro on Rua Augusta, the Bistrot de Paris was revamped in every detail in order to become a genuine French bistro. The restaurant celebrates the end of the first year of its new phase under the command of Chef Alain Poletto, who signs his name on the menu of indisputable classics of French cuisine.
Dishes such as entrecôte au poivre, duck magret aux fruits rouges, cassoulet, steak tartare as well as crevettes à la provençale, can be found on the new menu, which has been reformulated especially for the occasion. The philosophy of the restaurant is very rigorous behind the scenes: everything from the origin and seasonality of the products, to selecting the recipes, following classic techniques, to the attentive service and warm atmosphere.
Here visitors can enjoy the best of French cuisine as well as a vast variety of wines, with over one hundred labels available–all this amongst the busy stir of Jardins.
