The gourmet pastelaria — or pastel shop — Pastella, run by Sandro Aires, former chef of the restaurant Fasano, brings a varied menu of pastels made per order by the chef himself and four other cooks.

With two locations of the franchise in São Paulo, this pastelaria offers visitors the chance to create their own filling combinations. The menu of assorted pastels and fresh juices offers customers a quick, delicious and well-rounded meal.

Using ingredients such as salmon, artichoke and leek, the pastels are served with a generous filling, ranging from the more traditional flavors such as herbed mozzarella, to the more exotic recipes such as carne loca, with meat and corn, all fried in canola oil.
