The Circus Memory Center brings together hundreds of objects and audiovisual archives reminiscent of past circus history in Brazil. This is the first memory center in the country devoted exclusively to the circus and its arts.
Located in Olido Gallery, the collection exposes memories of circuses Nerino and Garcia, art precursors in the country. Pictures, clothes, shoes and giant posters make up the site collection. The space also has lectures, periodic exhibitions, workshops and courses and conducts periodic surveys on the history of various extinct circuses in the country.
